The Forge Born
Cute forms. Sharper personalities. A strange world.
The current characters are the first embodiments of the Forge Born. They begin as colorful physical creations and will grow through stories, short-form media, animation, and a more developed world as the creative pipeline expands.
A four-color design language and elemental Sparks give the cast a shared visual foundation, while personality stays unpredictable.
DragonSweet, earnest, and still inclined to believe the Forge has a plan.
TurtleGruff, practical, cynical, and usually unimpressed.
FoxClever, opportunistic, and always looking for the angle.
RabbitAnxious, hypercompetent, and usually worried for a reason.

The Forge Born are not just product designs. The same creative system can carry identity across lore, dialogue, images, episodes, video, and future physical editions. The tone is playful but not saccharine: cute embodiments can be sweet, gruff, cynical, anxious, ambitious, or deeply tired of the systems around them.
