All sales are final

AgenticForge Labs, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, color preference, mild print variation, or other differences that are normal for small-batch 3D printed products.

Arrival condition

Our product commitment is limited to your order arriving safely and without material shipping damage. If an item arrives damaged or unsafe to handle, do not use it. Email info@agenticforgelabs.com promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the arrival issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

No additional warranty

Beyond the arrival-condition commitment above, AgenticForge Labs, LLC does not offer an additional express warranty.

Colors and print variations

Colors and mild print variations may occur from batch to batch. Minor layer lines and small cosmetic differences are expected characteristics of 3D printed products and are not, by themselves, defects.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
